Recently, we went diving on Moyo Island. We loved the place and want to share its beauty with you. To make the trip even more exciting, we’ve added a visit to see whale sharks!
Itinerary
September 4th – Arrival
- Meeting at Sumbawa Besar Airport (around 11:00 AM). You can also travel from Bali by car or bike with two ferry crossings.
- Group transfer to the boat and travel to Moyo Island
September 5th – Diving and Whale Sharks
- 2 daytime dives
- Evening departure to see whale sharks (around 11:00 PM)
- Night on the boat (conditions are close to camping – sleeping on the deck on mattresses. Breakfast, tea, coffee, and water will be provided. The boat has a toilet and a small kitchen)
September 6th – Whale Sharks + 2 Dives
- Snorkeling with whale sharks at dawn
- 2 daytime dives on the way back
September 7th – Diving and Waterfall
- 2 daytime dives
- Visit Mata Jitu Waterfall after diving
- Night dive
September 8th – “Golden Triangle” Route
- 3 daytime dives
- Visit Sanggallo Waterfall between dives
September 9th – Departure
- Early breakfast
- Departure from Moyo at 6:30 AM
- Flight at 10:35 AM

Cost
- $1290 for single occupancy
- $1012 per person for double occupancy (total $2024 for two)

- Accommodation on Moyo Island (5 nights) in individual bungalows with air conditioning
- Breakfasts at the hotel
- 10 boat dives
- Equipment rental (if using personal equipment, a discount of $60 applies)
- Group transfer from the airport to the island and back
- Visits to 2 waterfalls

- Lunch on the “Golden Triangle” trip (fried rice or noodles)
Not Included
- Travel to Sumbawa Island (a round trip ticket from Bali to Sumbawa Besar costs approximately $170 per person)
- Meals, except for breakfasts
- Diving with whale sharks (requires prior arrangement)
- Torch rental for the night dive – 50,000 IDR
